Daily Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival at Almaty airport and Meet & Greet
Arrival Almaty International Airport, our representative will meet you at the airport 
Transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Almaty City Tour
Enjoy your breakfast at hotel, 
After breakfast, proceed for Almaty city tour and the first place you will go to is Almaty Museum*, where you can get to know the history of the southern capital of Kazakhstan. 
Then you will visit one of the oldest of Almaty parks - Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen.
Next point of interest is a popular place for townspeople - the Green Bazaar.
Then you can have time for lunch in one of the many cafes or restaurants in the central part of the city. After lunch you will start the second tour part with a ride to the Medeu Gorge.
Further your mountain adventure continues at the top of Kok-Tobe hill, where the tallest TV tower in the world is located.
Then you will have the short ride from the top of the hill to the center of the city by the famous Almaty cableway*. The tour ends with the dropping you off at your hotel

Note: The Almaty Museum and the Green Bazaar do not work on Mondays. On Tuesdays, in the tour departing at 10:00, cableway is not available. Park eco-cars are used instead. 

Day 3: Almaty – Free day

Kazakhstan travelers should ensure they have all of the required documentation. It is necessary to have a valid passport which is valid for the duration of your stay and you may need a visa depending on your nationality.
In order to enter Kazakhstan using your eVisa, you need to present the authorities with your passport (which should contain at least 2 blank pages and not expire earlier than 3 months after your eVisa’s expiration) and a printed copy of your online visa
The Kazakhstan eVisa requirements include:
A duly completed application form
Holding a passport from an eligible country with at least 2 blank pages
The passport should expire no earlier than 3 months from the expiry date of the online visa
Holding a Kazakh invitation number

Important Note:
Random testing will also be conducted on incoming passengers at the airport and if you test positive, only then you’ll have to quarantine.
In case guests test positive on arrival, they need to follow the local quarantine procedure of the country. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. 
Wearing masks is obligatory in all provinces with some charging a fine for not wearing one.

Cancellation Policy 
Prior to 45 days or more : 10% of the holiday cost is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets
44 and 31 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
30 and 15 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
14 and 11 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Actual booking amount to be collected in case of non-refundable components higher than the amounts mentioned above.

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
